Factory Introduction

A practical workflow for receiving, preparing, checking, packing and dispatching pipe and tube materials with traceability.

Factory Workflow

Organized for material control and dependable dispatch.

The Nandini Alloys factory workflow is designed around material identification, standard-wise segregation, dimensional checks, clean handling and dispatch readiness. The objective is to help customers receive products that match the purchase order, specification and documentation requirement.

Incoming material is checked against grade, heat details, size, wall thickness, surface condition and documentation. Material is then arranged by standard, grade and size group so enquiries and dispatch planning can be handled quickly.

Where customer requirements call for cutting, bundling, marking, third-party inspection coordination or special packing, those details are planned before final dispatch.

Process Flow

From enquiry to shipment.

The process keeps commercial and technical details connected, reducing mismatches between quote, purchase order, material and certificate.

Material Handling

Clean storage and specification-wise identification.

Pipe and tube products require careful handling because dimensional accuracy, surface condition and traceability matter to the end user. Material is grouped and identified to help avoid mix-ups between similar grades and sizes.

  • Standard and grade segregation
  • Size and wall thickness verification
  • Bundle tagging and marking support
  • Dispatch-ready documentation checks
